Teacher Training
in the
Pascale Method for Violin
Summer Session 3/22/09 – 7/27/09

Earn the Certificate of Basic Teacher Training in the Pascale Method for Violin. Susan Pascale is the founder and director of the South Pasadena Strings Program. She developed her own system of teaching violin called the Pascale Method. Her method is particularly suited to budding musicians as young as 4 years old. In April 2009, her Children’s Orchestra, comprised of children ages 5-12, won top honors at their performance at Carnegie Hall among high school participants in New York. Most of the children in the orchestra began their training using Susan's Pascale Method.

“I’ve performed and taught all over the world and I’ve never seen a children’s orchestra with kids so young playing so well. Susan Pascale manages to bring music into so many children’s lives in the serious and demanding way that is required of learning an instrument, but at the same time keeping it natural and fun.” - Hagai Shaham, World-renowned Israeli Violinist
