Cello/Bass Program

We teach cello and bass to children and adults of all levels including beginners as young as 4 1/2 on cello and 8 years old on bass. Students learn technique, music theory, and musicianship in an intimate, fun and creative class setting. With no more than 6 students in each class, our teachers focus on each student’s needs, and inspire each to meet his/her potential. Half-hour, 45 minute and 1-hour private lessons are also available.

Beginning cello and bass students are invited to perform, and graduates may be invited to join our Training or Children's Orchestra.

Low-cost cellos and basses are available for rent through the Strings Program.
